We started out as a "bulk" catering operation in Summerlin in 2017 and have been proudly serving the Las Vegas valley ever since. In "barbecue", is where Daniel and I (Steve) really found our niche. We have surrounded ourselves with a great team and the best customers EVER! For them, everyday we prepare some of the best smoked meats, baked goods and sides in the valley. We are "Las Vegas barbecue, done right"
Fresh food is pretty much our thing. We smoke and prepare fresh daily, so if you're thinking about it now...reserve it now. We do run out of most items by the end of the day. This is by design to keep everything as fresh as possible. Calling ahead, or ordering ahead online, is the best way to ensure you will get the order you want.
We do offer daily "Features". Those are posted every Wednesday at 9:15 PT, in our weekly email, so be sure to sign up for the VIP Club. And again, order early, as the "daily features" are generally sold out prior to opening each day.
We do have seating on the patio when weather permits.
